| Windows 95, 97, ME, 2000 and Vista are NOT supported. |
| If you run StoryServer on Windows Vista you may receive error messages which we cannot fix due to differences in API between Windows 7 and Windows Vista. Please upgrade to Windows 7. |
| StoryServer may not work on older OS’s which API contains issues or produce different results than in newer OS’s. We can only request you upgrade your computer OS. |
| StoryServer does not use WinHelp, HTMLHelp nor use excessive security-permissions. |
| OSX and macOS are used interchangeably. |

How to upgrade

An internet connection will be required to download and update StoryServer (see: Help > Updates).

Please ensure your Desktop computer is fully updated with latest Windows or macOS updates.
